i eat normally but i am always hungry.. i used to eat more than i do now.. is that the case..i also dont eat alot of meat at home and im home all day whats wrong with me?
WEll if you used to eat more, and you are now eating less, then yes, you would probably be hungry..but LoseC is also right, protein fills you up for longer, and typically one gets protein from meat (unless they know where to get it elsewhere.
Drink more water with a squeezed lemon perhaps or some green tea, just an idea. Foods that are high in fiber are also good for sustaining the appetitie.
