That's a lot of weight to lose in such a short amount of time. Well, I make no promises cause it's up to personal will power but this is the fastest way to lose weight in the shortest amount of time:
1. Eat 5 small meals a day, 2 and a half hours apart.
2. Don't skip breakfast and don't eat past 9 pm.
3. Don't drink anything aside from pure water (ice water works best) and white or green tea plain(no sweetners of any kind). White works better in burning fat.
4. Limit your carbs to just a half cup of brown rice (plain) and a couple slices of whole wheat bread or a small sweet potato later in the day. All other carbs should come directly from fruits or veggies.
5. Make most of your diet fresh green veggies: broccoli, brussel sprouts, snow peas, green beans, kale, spinach, collard greens, endive, green and red leaf lettuce, etc. Eat a complete protein source with each meal: skinless grilled chicken breast, grilled wild skinless salmon piece, 4 to 5 egg whites, turkey sandwich, or a protein shake made up skim milk a couple scoops of protein powder of your choice. Only 3 pieces of fruit each day. One piece would be like one orange, a cup of strawberries, or a half cup of blueberries.
6. Take a fish oil pill or a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil with each meal for healthy fat.
7. No alcohol of any kind.
8. No sugar or sweetner of any kind. All sugars should come only from fresh fruits or veges.
9. Limit salt intake to a minimum.
10. no whites - white flour, white sugar, white bread, white rice.
Aerobic exercise at a moderate to high speed for at least 40 to 50 minutes 6 days a week. Keep in mind the faster you go, the more you burn. Running is one of the best fat burning exercises ever. Cardio kickboxing is just as good as long as it's consistent with little to no breaks. Workouts in the morning work best to burn fat.
Weight train a little (3 x a week is good. Full body workout that includes 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps of each exercise of choice that hits a different muscle).
Something like:
Bench Press - 2 sets of 9 reps
Squat - 2 sets of 12 reps
Barbell Curl - 2 sets of 10 reps
Lat Pull Down - 2 sets of 9 reps
Toe Raises - 2 sets of 10 reps
Military Press - 2 sets of 9 reps
Leg Curl - 2 sets of 10 reps
Reverse Crunch - 2 sets of as many as you can do
Sit up twist - 2 sets of as many as you can do
Muscle helps the body burn fat. Don't worry...you won't look like Conan the Barbarian in 3 weeks....especially on a diet that doesn't include steroids.
