Eat foods that are high in protein and foods that are low glycemic carbohydrates like the bean and pea family (legumes.)

ELIMINATE sugar!

hi tried what you said and its working blood levels going up already dont know whether they will stabilize but i'm staying with it THANKS

i think one important thing is to choose complex carbohydrates over simple sugars and white flower.
That is, for example whole wheat instead of white bread, brown rice instead of white.

I am not sure but at the moment when your blood sugar is acutely low, I think then it's best to get something fast-acting like sugar into your system, or not?
