Is OMEGA-3/Omega complexes beneficial?

I have been hearing all about the benefits of omega 3 and omega complexes. Has anyone had any good benefits from them? I have been taking them for a while. I have had mono for almost a year and am willing to take anything that will make me healthier.

yes! I noticed a big difference in the way I feel and in my skin too. I actually have more energy to boot. But I stopped taking it since I ran out (too lazy to go and buy more) and I don't feel the same. My skin is going down hill a little. So, that's how I know it was the Omega that worked. I also take a good multi.

I highly recommend Omega.

Yes,
I use fish oil and notice a superior difference in my hair especially and my skin. Fish oils is also good for the brain, heart, and just the whole health in general.

Most benefit is to the blood fats. They are particulary useful at keeping our coronary arteries plaque free!
