GI Diet - anyone follow it?
for my health problems I want to follow a GI diet, but am so confused about what things constitute a good GI diet. I know that most fruit and veg are good, and nuts and cereals like barley, oats. But what Im not getting is what to eat with meals to make up the carbohydrate part. If potatoes and rice and pasta are out then what can I have? I eat quinoa by the boxload and although I love it I don't want it with every meal I eat!!
Can anyone help?
