What Should I Do??
Hello im not that new to the boards but ive never posted in this thread
before. I was curious about my lower abdominals and have posted in the
exercise and fitness thread but that was for what was the best way to
work that area but in here i have a question or two.... I have read on the
internet that you can work work work out your abs but you still won't get
the "rock hard" effect unless you diet properly. Alright, i am 5'11 and im
about 150 pounds, 24 yrs of age and this is the deal.... I can see my
upper abs pretty good as i continue with the exercises for them as well as
the lower abs but my lower abs are'nt appearing as well as the upper abs,
so the question is, Should I exercise more? Should i eat a certain something?
Drink lots of water? Run? Some of these things i've considered doing or
already do but if it were a matter of eating a certain way, what is it that
i should be eating and what should i get rid of? By the way, its not a real
big layer of fat its more like a small layer and i know i can get rid of it
pretty fast the question is by doing what?
