My philosophy for weight loss, and it is a simple one. It is the same theory for you finances too!
Weight loss will only occur when one of two things happen (or a combination of the two).
1.) Decrease the amount of caloric intake.
2.) Increase the amount of physical exercise.
You will also reap benefits if there is a combination of the two.
The same is true with your finances.
1.) Decrease the amount of outgoing.
2.) Increase the amount of income.
Either stop spending so much .. or get out and make some more money!
Simple but true! My theory is, the more simple we keep things, the happier and easier life is. Just like with kids ... they are a joy to be around, because they keep it simple!
