I have tried metabolife. I went through about two bottles of it. At first it made me so disoriented that I was only able to take half a pill. Then gradually, I began to be able to tolerate more. It makes you very thirsty so you have to drink tons of water, and I mean tons. Then you are going to the bathroom every five minutes. It also was hard for me to concentrate on things during the day and forget it if I had a cup of coffee. On top of all that, I never lost one single pound. So....in my opinion, all it did was make me sick. Then after I stopped taking them, my system was so messed up I started gaining more weight. It took me six months to get back to normal. It was like everything I ate turned immediately to fat or something. It is not that way now. I don't particularly know why it reacted this way for me. You also have to be careful if you take any perscription drugs because there could be an adverse reaction with them. There is also a lawsuit pending with them. I got something in the mail about it to see if I wanted to participate in the lawsuit. I did not read all the details, but that should be a red flag for you. I have recently been trying a new drink mix called metabolift that is supposed to be a protien drink. I have been using it for a meal replacement or if I get a craving. All it is (I think) is protien so that it speeds up your metabolism. It doesn't appear to have any appetite surpressents or anything in it. Hope this helps.
