Oh, I WISH I were back to a 9/10

Suffice it to say right now I'm somewhere in the range of 200lbs, about a size 18, and am only 5ft4 and 30 yrs old. Now granted, most of the weight I've gained over the last while has been due to 2 pregnancies, and then a bit extra in between kids. I gained the most the first time, but seeing as my first is 8 1/2 now, I haven't been able to use the baby excuse in over 5 years. My younger one is 6 months, and I figure I've got to get started losing the weight now, or else I'm just never going to get rid of it, and I can't stand the fact that I'm anywhere near 200 lbs. My ideal weight would be 130ish, but my realistic is more like 150lbs. Fortunately, I don't look as big as I actually am, but at this weight and height...it's still not a good thing. I do walk at least three times a week....five times a week when it's not too cold and no snow or ice. I try and keep up with the Lean Cuisine thing actually because that's one of the best ways for me to go. It's healthy and good for me. Just keeping up with it, and of course, finding a way to calm down my sweet tooth. When I get boredom munchies I tend towards chocolate, which doesn't help any either. I think in the long run I'll probably wind up doing the Weight Watchers thing. It's not overly expensive I don't think, and it means some kind of commitment, so I'll stick to it a bit better probably. Thanks for the input though

It's nice to know there are people out there that sound like they know what I'm going through. I KNOW what I should eat, and how much, but...I just need help doing it. Lean Cuisine works because it's a normal size meal of healthy food. It's not junk, and it's not monster portions.
