Question Protien rich foods?

Can anyone out there tell me what foods are high in protien and the best to make you feel full? I'm thinking I eat too many carbs and have tried every other diet to try to loose the 15 lbs left over from pregnancies. If anyone out there has any good web sites for me to check out PLEASE let me know and or please post a list of good foods that are high in protien. THANK YOU!!

Check this out - I made lasagna with tofu instead of beef, and replaced the ricotta with cottage cheese. It was actaully pretty good... :> )
