Smile Need opinions :)

i'm sure something similar has been posted, but i'm still gonna ask.

i'm 17 years old, 5'3" and 127lbs. I have gained about 4 lbs this year because of going on the pill(im pretty sure). now i know this isn't really overweight but i'd like to lose about 10 lbs and gain more muscle. i try to eat healthy but i'm kinda lazy when it comes to exercise. i don't have readily access to a weight set. running for long distances isn't really a good idea because of a running injury a few years ago that still screws me up. Does anyone have any good suggestions for exercises I can do at home that aren't too time consuming? how many calories should I consume a day to lose weight? I know its less than my activity, so I burn more cals than I eat. Would drinking more water help?
also some of my problem areas are the inside and outsides of my thighs, and my stomach(it pooches out).
Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks!

I think your supposed to have 2,000 calories a day or thats what someone told me. But when I first started exercising about a year ago I would like jog in place for 5 minutes and get on the ab shaper for 3 minutes do 30 jumping jacks and then after a month or so I could do more. Good Luck! I hope that helped you if not im sorry.

How about swimming, bike riding, or some sport. Even fast walking is a good exercise if you do it consistantly.

Don't go below 10X your weight in pounds for calories/ day. In your case, that's 1270. You'll probably lose at 13X (1650). Slow and steady is good.

If you exercise, you may gain muscle while you lose fat. That's good. Muscle is denser. So you might see changes in your waist size and how your clothes fit rather than on the scale.
