i'm sure something similar has been posted, but i'm still gonna ask.
i'm 17 years old, 5'3" and 127lbs. I have gained about 4 lbs this year because of going on the pill(im pretty sure). now i know this isn't really overweight but i'd like to lose about 10 lbs and gain more muscle. i try to eat healthy but i'm kinda lazy when it comes to exercise. i don't have readily access to a weight set. running for long distances isn't really a good idea because of a running injury a few years ago that still screws me up. Does anyone have any good suggestions for exercises I can do at home that aren't too time consuming? how many calories should I consume a day to lose weight? I know its less than my activity, so I burn more cals than I eat. Would drinking more water help?
also some of my problem areas are the inside and outsides of my thighs, and my stomach(it pooches out).
