I guess I didn't need to lose as much weight as I thought. I'm 5 feet and I thought I was 112 pounds, but I was at the doctors the other day and I weigh 104.
If I weigh close to the weight I was hoping to be, why do I still feel so fat?! I'm still thinking of dropping 10 pounds, which was about my original goal.
This is so crazy! Should just forget about dieting and be satisfied by my weight. I wonder if all of us just see ourselves one way, but in actuality we're not all that bad.
