Most fitness clubs have people working there that will use skinfold measures to estimate your fat. It's cheap, fast and easy. BUT, these measures are not necessarily accurate (unqualified person taking the measure for one), so take it for what it is worth I guess.
Question: why do you need to know what your fat is anyway?
There are body fat calipers and even some scales that can tell you your % body fat. The scales are kind of pricey and are only accurate if you arent dehydrated or bloated, but the calipers are pretty inexpensive and you can get them at most health places, sports shops etc.
