Buy one of those AB doir my aunt uses one of those and she lost inches in weeks! And drink lots and lots of water and strech. Oh and on Lifetime Tevivison for Women there is a exercise show that comes on at 6/7 in the morning or 7/8 depends on your time just do it the host is great and she's getting everyone slim for the summer. Good Luck!!

The biggest thing about all these weight loss pills is that most contain ephedrine and caffeine. Regardless of the product, it is essentially the same ingredients in different doses. They will cause you to be edgy or speedy usually. The jittery effects and possible health risks are soemthing to think about and that often they don't do any good at all. For a kickstart on a weight-loss program it might be helpful, but don't get too dependant on them.

Naxis is right on the money. When those pills make you lose any weight it is only water weight. So when you drink lots of water like you should basicly no weight goes away. Just do cardio 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time or longer if possible. It will take a while but that is the only thing that works.

Smile

I have lost 20 lbs using thermoslim. It does not make me gittery at all. It has worked great for me, but now my body seems use to it and it is not as effective as it once was.
