The soda could be the issue. The aspertame and phosphates in soda pop do all kinds of thintgs to the body. Try water or tea instead for a couple weeks and see if that helps. Also, you should _try_ to drink about a gallon of water a day. I know it sounds like a lot, but I keep those 16 oz bottles around and try to drink one of those every 2 hours or so and it doesnt seem like so much. It helps your body flush toxins & other garbage and keeps you hydrated.
