Question I can't lose the last 5 pounds

Hello
I am 5'6 and 129 pounds I know that I am not overweight and most people would think that I don't even have to loose weight at all.I really don't care how much I weight it's just how I look .Those last 5 pounds are stored around my HIP area and they have been bothering me for as long as I can remember.I already lost 50 pounds by being on a frozen dinner diet,but those last 5 pounds seem like they are glued to my body.
Pleas tell me what should I do to lose those last 5 pounds. Maybe I should get a liposuction?
