I seen the informercial on Body Flex & have read some past posting (from March mostly) .
I am wondering more, if anyone has tried it lately & results, and what ya think.
Please let me know. I am on an antidepressant & looking for a more natural way to lose some weight in conjunction to other exercise. Maybe 'breathing better' would help my fatigue & maybe the depression...???hmmmmmmmmm
Hi, I actually bought the Body Flex book by Greer Childers, I tried it for a couple of days and found that it worsened my (daily) headaches. It also really hard work, you think deep breathing should be fairly easy. But I am seriously thinking about starting, it would be great to lose weight just 15 mins a day.
