Usually I'll go to bed and wake up a pound or two lighter. However, after breakfast you usually put on a pound and by lunch tmie you're back to where you were before bed. Your weight naturally fluxtuates throughout the day so waking up lighter isn't anything abnormal. But, you're not losing 2-3 pounds of fat or lean tissue while you're sleeping, it's water.
