EVERYONE MUST READ THIS POST!!!!
i saw this thing that you could put in a dessert and then and exercise and it would tell you how long you would have to exercise to burn the dessert ie..... i would have to walk at 4 mph for 1 1/2 hours to burn a piece of chocolate cake. now i don't eat dessert until i think of how long i will have to exercise. GOOD LUCK
