| | Bunch of Questions about the "low carb/high protein" diet! I need help!
Ok, I have been finding the right workout plan for me for quite some time, so here is my goal: I am trying to build muscle. I am currently drinking a gallon of water a day (i work in a grocery store and buy a jug everytime), Mon, Weds, and fri I do about 20 min of free weight exercise (w/ two 25 lbs d.bells).
I was looking into pulling the old "low carb/high protein" thing. But i do not know anything about it. So i'll just list my questions below
1)what are the benifits of the carb/prot diet? I'm trying to build more muscle mass..am i looking at the right plan?
2)Is my intake of water going to help out any?
3)What foods are good to eat on this diet? i already discovered Tuna and protein bars, what else is good?
4)What food should i stay away from?
