Some low carb snacks are nuts and seeds: walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin, seame. Raw or dry roasted wihout adding sugar, starch or honet. Avoid peanuts and cashews --too high in carbs.
Hard boiled eggs or deviled eggs w/o any sweeteners, green or black olives, dill or sour pickles.

Hi Missy. Some of my favorite low carb/low fat snacks are various beef and turkey jerkeys, also... you can spread low fat cheese on a cookie sheet, bake until brown (thin layer) and break apart, very similar to potato chips. Also, take sliced ham, turkey, etc and spread a thin layer of low fat cream cheese, roll up and cut into pinwheels...
