Because if you do not eat healthy, your height will be affected, and if you're not getting the calcium you need...the future osteoporosis looks likely to happen, so just exercise, don't eat too many fatty foods, and don't restrict yourself too much because you're too young and your bones are growing, and your entire body is growing!!! When you're an adult and you think you've fully completed adolescence, then go for it, diet all you want, but for now, don't DIEt.
