Red face Drastically reduced calorie intake and taking Lysine, healthy?

I'm a highschool athlete, 5'9" 145 female, very active 5 days a week, and I recently drastically reduced my calorie intake from about 1500 to about 500 a day. I did so mainly to reduce my body fat, and shed a few pounds. To help with the process, I began taking Lysine tablets (amino acid) to help burn the fat, 4 times a day. I dont eat breakfast or lunch, and then partake in about 2 hours of physical activity. I'm a very healthy eater, so I eat a good dinner at night, but only about 400 calories. What exactly am I doing to my body by reducing my caloric intake and is what im doing going to give me the results I want?

You are starving your body, so that your brain will tell it to conserve energy by holding onto the fat...once one starts this it gets harder and harder to reverse the damage so you can indeed lose weight.

I would not call that healthy eating at all.

Please get some info about healthy weight loss before you regret it! Your weight is already fine for your height...you may want to weight train and stretch to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, instead of worrying over your weight.
