Post how much weight loss?

If you intake only 400-500 calories a day, and you dont engage in physical activity, but just do the typical walking and talking and what not....will you loose a significant amount of weight? Or do you need to exercise? What if you work out intensly while eating the same amount? How great of a risk do you pose for sickness or weight loss?

Well why stop there. Why not totally stop eating until you eventually shrivel up into an unrecognizable lump of flesh Really, look up some healthy diet sites. A diet is not a sprint, it's a marathon.

for the record, im not the one doing this to myself....I'm suspicious of my friend who recently stopped eating and avoiding food all together. Im estimating that she eats about 500 calories a day and worried about the amount of weight she may lose because shes tiny enough as it is.......

Well that's not healthy at all. She'll lose weight, but it will most likely be all from her valuable muscle - and that's bad. Then, as soon as she starts eating in a normal fashion again her body will immediately stor the food she takes in as fat.

If your friend really wanted to lose weight she'd research it first and build a solid foundation of knowledge that she could put to use.

Your friend is an ignorant fool.
