| | how many calories?
Well here is my story. I am 5'6" and currently weigh about 112 without clothes on. I used to weigh about 125 about seven years ago then I took a birth control pill which I think made me lose weight. At my lowest I was down to 104. Currently I want to be at about 115 or no more than 120. Does everyone think that is a healthy weight for my height? Also what is the number of calories I should eat each day? I currently am low to moderately active. I hear anywhere from 1500 to 2200 calories. Currently I am on the upper end of that scale because I am trying to gain a few pounds. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
