| | Cholesteral level 220- Now what?
My doctor called yesterday to advise that my cholestral is at 220 ( she said it should be 200) and that my LDL (bad fat?) is 154 but should be 130.
Her advise was to exercise and cut out all fatty foods, egg yokes and eat lean meats.
Can anyone advise where on the web I can really learn what to avoid? What do these numbers really mean?
