Except for the people who truly eat no more than the average person, but still finds themselves obese, the rest of us are eating too much and moving too little.
Even though food tastes great, and brings a lot of comfort to many, everyone still has to try and think of it as fuel for living.
Look at your day, week, month and think about what you're eating. Are you eating excess calories everyday/or almost everday?? Somedays you're going to have more calories then you need, but that needs to be the exception not the rule.
But like anything, the only way people are going to live healthier and lose weight, is if they truly want to . There is no magic pill. And anything that causes you to lose a lot of weight, probably can not be used for the rest of your life.
With the caloric dense food that is available to us at every turn, it's not hard to see that the battle is a tought one.
The smaller size is just like the large size, sooner or later there is no more left.
