I read in an email that taking honey & cinnamon boiled in water at bedtime & before breakfast would help one lose weight. It mentioned something about the honey binding the fat so it wouldn't be absorbed by the body. Unfortunately, it doesn't specify the quantity of honey & cinnamon. Has anyone heard about this? If so, does this really work?
hi,i'm not sure about that one but using cinnamin everyday or twois one thing that helps speed up your metabolism.you can sprinkle it on fruit or put it in protein shakes or tea whatever.anyways thats just my 2 cents.
