Angry bread...gluten-free and dairy free?
i was just wondering if there were any breads i can either buy or make (in a breadmaker) that was free of these things. i've tried a few things in my breadmaker but had awful results. if anyone knows certain kinds i can buy or any special recipes for a breadmaker, that would be wonderful.

You might check out the book The Gluten Free Gourmet. I'm not sure whether any recipes are specifically for a bread machine, though, and the list of ingredients can get a little extensive; but if you are going to be doing it all the time it would be worth it.
