Anyone use Myoplex Lite? - Diet & Nutrition Message Board

I was curious as to if anyone out there used Myoplex Lite shakes. They seem to be a workout supplement but after reading about them it almost sounds like a meal replacement. Any info would be great!

it is a mrp with a low ammount of calories. Can be a meal replacement if you are restricting your carbs.

I will have a myoplex lite shake in the morning. I rotate it with other things so I don't get bored. I add stuff to it - bananas, flax seed oil, energy greens powder, etc. I find that in a couple of hours I am hungry, so I bring an energy bar with me on those days. I like them. Chocolate is my favorite. I add a little peppermint oil to that with some ice cubes and put in the blender. Yum!
