Zip up Myoplex - Diet & Nutrition Message Board

Myoplex makes a great shake, and I have read from many sources you can zip it up a bit by mixing in some PB and bananas and ice cubes for a great late night snack. I am curious if anyone has any recipes for their shakes and also do you use them as a after dinner snack or a lunch replacement?

hi josh

shakes are extremely versatile. you can add just about anything to them. i drink 1 for breakfast, but i dont add anything but ice, thats all i need. i use carbolite.

Joshua - When you buy the packets you get some recipes included. Their website has a bunch of recipes for meals that go along with the Body for Life program. You might find some on there as well that use the shakes.

you can also throw in a part of a packet (about 1/3 of a small package) of fat free/sugar free pudding. It will add a good taste, especially if you are mixing with water.
