I weighed in this morning and the scale reads 156. I haven't really lost any more, but haven't gained either so that's good. I got off track for a couple of days, but hopefully can stay strong now. I'm eating right most of the time and exercising 5 days a week. I give myself a break on the weekend. I'll keep everyone posted! I'm still wondering where the heck are all the people that were taking NSDF????? Am I the only one left now?
