The Hollywood diet is an extremely low calorie, liquid diet. You lose weight, not fat. It dehydrates you and starves you. You loose water and muscle, and possibly a little fat, but will gain it right back and then some. This diet kicks your body into "starvation mode" which causes it to hold onto fat and store all it can keep, and will instead burn muscle and blood sugar, which is bad news after day 2 when you eat anything at all. Avoid this diet.
