I'm taking Metabolife for the second time I had good results the first time. I'm looking for some support anyone else taking it? P.S. I'm also following an allergy diet.
It seems to work for a lot of people (all but me, of course ) so I'm sure it will work well for you. Just make sure not to make the same mistakes I always seem to - the pills do not work on their own the way that we'd like to think they do. You need to make sure you're eating well and getting in some good exercise. We don't just want you skinny, we want you healthy too!!!!
Thanks I'm actually following an allergy diet from my dr which I lose weight on when I stick to it but, w/ metabolife too I've already lost 6 lbs Thanks for all of the support I can use it. I'm here for everyone if you need me.
