The Mediterranean Diet is very healthy. Olive oil is one of the best fats you can take in, vs. vegetable oils, etc. Some celebrity, I want to say Oprah, uses this way of eating, or did. I just saw her on a tabloid - how she lost 68 pounds or something like that, and since I didn't read it, she may have changed her methods. Remember the liquid diet she was on a few years ago?

Anyway, everyone is different. I do better with more protein and less bread and cheese.
