I purchased the "Know How" book by Internet fitness guy Don Lemmon. I couldn't find any online reviews of it before I bought it, so, I thought I would offer my opinions on Dealing with Mr. Lemmon. Also, I would be curious to know who else has read and/or dealt with Don.

Hi. I just learned a bit about the book and I thought it looked interesting. I was just wondering what you thought about it and if you thought it was worth purchasing. Thanks
