HELP ME!!!
Hi, I'm a 19 yr old female, 5'4'' and 110 lbs. I'd really like some advice. I know that 110 sounds slim, but my legs are huge! My thighs and saddle bags look like they belong to someone 30 lbs heavier than the rest of me. What I mean is that my top half is very thin, but my bottom half is chunky and flabby.
I currently have a 2 hour swim practice 5 days a week (about 90 of actual swimming). I go to the gym and do the elliptical almost everyday for 30 min. I just started strength training my upperbody for 30 min, 3 times a week. I eat 2000 calories a day, 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat. I feel like eating less would be too hard and I'd be starving. I know that I burn at least 2500 a day, more on some days.
Oh yeah, I hardly eat any processd foods. My diet consists of meat, eggs, nuts, dairy, veggies, fruit, and a little light whole wheat bread and fiber one cereal.
I want to lose the flabby thighs. Does anyone have this same problem? I need some help and advice. Thanks so much!
