There really essentially is no difference between tap water, bottled water or sparkling. Unflavoured can be a little different because of the sugar or (worse) sweeteners, which can add unneccessary calories or just give you too much sugar. I prefer to stick with the flavourless kind
Of course, some people argue that one of the first 3 is better than the others because of chemicals, processings and so on, but really, water is water, so drink whichever you'd like
