hey jean, have you tried the new xendrine efx? It works great ..no ma haung in it so you won't get that jittery feeling. also are you eating more protein /less carbs? I cut out the bread, pasta, & pop for a few weeks. Boy,what a huge different that makes. I eat eggs for breakfast, tuna salad with some chunks of cheese for lunch , an apple for 1st snack , a protein diet bar for 2nd snack, and chicken with a small salad for dinner. you can have sour cream or ranch dressing with your chicken & salad if you like. I have about a total of 45-50 carbs a day. No eating after 6 pm. I work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Sometimes instead of eggs for breafast, I have an atkins shake, or a pro pure protein fruit punch drink. both have about 20-22 protein & less than 5 carbs. Good Luck ! I hope this helps.
