I have four months. I picked up some CLA today, from what I've read it can help. Can I use carb/fat blockers w/ CLA? I know the proper way to loose wieght, I've done it before. I just need a little help before November w/ out putting myself in any health risk. HELP!!

You can lose alot of weight in 4 months without supplements and drugs if you simply eat right and excercise.

Cut out cheese and mayo eat smaller portions and exercise switch to diet drinks. eat healthy snacks.

My husband did this and now weighs 157. he dropped 20 lbs in less than 6 months and has kept it off.
