I agree wholeheartily with both replies. And since you already bought them and did ask for an opinion, I would say that yes they do help suppress the appetite when taken with at least 2 glasses of water (yes the water also helps) and are so much healthier than all those hyped up diet pills on the market as long as the fiber is from an all natural source. Of course try to get your fiber from a good diet but if you are like most Americans we fail miserably in that department (this coming from someone who eats fiber foods at every meal and can't get enuf). I'm pretty sure we are supposed to get about 25-30 grams (not Milligrams but Grams) a day. Anyways, good luck, I hope you will eat healthy, drink lots of water & get plenty of excersise! Sincerely, T
