I'm 16 142 and about 5 11
Breakfast
-Oj and mutli vitamins pill
-cereal and milk
Lunch
-Wheat, Cheese and Turkey sandwich
-All natural Fruit punch
-And a whole grain snack
Snack
-(Yogourt, Milk, Strawberries, Banana, and protien powder) shake
Dinner
-Turkey or Chicken Brest
-Salad
-Water or Juice
I also workout every day, and also drink about 8 cups of water through out the day
