Has anyone here tried " The Smart Technique"? If so did it work? I will be starting Monday. I'll keep you posted on my progress. Becky

I've been using it for a few months. I haven't lost any weight, but I notice my attitude about food and exercise has changed for the better. I am making better choices and the thought of exercise is almost appealing now.

Hi Absinthe, I will be starting it tomorrow. I really hope it works. I am so desperate to lose weight. I talked to a few people that said they haven't lost weight either but has gotten good nights sleep. My sister got it for me and said her friend tried it and lost 40 pounds and has kept it off. I really hope it starts working for you too. I'll keep you posted on my progress. Please keep me posted as well. Becky
