need some help?
I have just decided to lose alot of weight. Right now im at about 270, but i would like to get down to 220 or 210. My diet has been basically diet soda, foods with very few calories, and no fat. And i exercise 1 hour per day. I just ordered a bottle of Stacker 3, does this stuff work? And any other suggustions for losing weight would be greatly appriciated. Thanks
