Question coffee

does anyone know if coffee is a problem with gaining weight? i drink alot of it and notice a big problem but im only gaining in my waist nowwhere else. im not sure if its water weight or what! i reallly want to detox my system. i also was wondering if anyone has tried the apple cider viniger diet and if so does it work? thanks

Coffee has lots of caffeine. Caffeine is a Central Nervous System stimulant. If you want to detox and loose weight, add a high quality multivitamin mineral supplement, decrease your sugar and carbohydrate consumption, and continue enjoying your coffee. Also consider vitamin C between meals to reduce free radical load, and lactic acid. Coffee can also deplete vitamin A levels in the body, so make sure you get plenty A.

Koranna, Tangle is right on the mark. Just to simplify though, the caffeine in coffee is a stimulant, stimulants are far more likely to make you lose weight than to gain weight. Also "caffeine" in your coffee is also a diuretic, meaning It'll help the body to get rid of excess water. So I am quite sure your coffee is not putting the weight on you. I just wanted to reassure you that your coffee is not to blame. Check your diet, and/or your activity level, and I'll bet that's where you'll find your culprit.

Caffeine being a diuretic means it'll make your body get rid of of water wether or not it's excess. You need to make sure you drink about 2 cups of water per cup of cofee you drink to avoid dehydration. Thats in addition to the 2 litres mimimum you need to drink each day. Drinking sufficient water will also ensure you don't hold more water than you need to.

Ive heard of the apple cider vinegar diet ,and it works.. it will be the best thing for you to try...
