Okay, I have finally decided that I am gonna lose weight! I have so little willpower that I don't think I can do it without knowing I have to record my progress. So, for my own benefit as well as anyone curious about the life and times of an 18 year old dieter, I am gonna keep this journal and post every day how I did, what I ate, exercises, as well as frustrations and setbacks. I am psyched about this and I plan to start tomorrow.

Goal: 120
Pounds to lose: 20
Some of my biggest problem foods are sodas, fast food, and cheese.
If anybody else wants to do the same and log daily progress here, feel totally free. I could use a diet buddy.
