Daily Food Journal - January 7th
I did well yesterday, I only at about 50 calories more than planned at dinner, but my snack ended up being gross - the carrots were mushy for some reason.
Here's today:
B: oatmeal, 1/2tbsp. PB, 1/8c. raisins, 1/2c. milk, 3/4c. OJ, slice bacon (435, ?)
S: apple, yogurt (160, 0)
L: 1c. chili, 5 Ritz, 1/4c. RF cheddar, diet Dr. Pepper (450)
S: carrots, Ranch (180, 14)
D: pork chop w/mushroom sauce, 1/2c smashed potatoes, 1/2c peas, 1c milk (?)
Kind of hard to count calories when you're cooking at home. I'd guess I'll be right around 1800 calories today. Thats a little higher than I'd like, but lower than I have been and this is only day 2 afterall!
