You continue to confuse low carb with Atkins, despite it being pointed out over and over and over and over and over and over.
Atkins is low carb, but not all low carb plans are Atkins. Not all low carb plans are aiming for ketosis.
Many allow a variety and varying quantities of fruits and grains. Even Atkins does.
