Hello, I see that happen a lot to my co-workers. The biggest problem is that when they start eating more, they can't stop and wind up gaining all their weight back and even wind up add additional pounds. You did great loosing the 30 lbs. Then you probably did like every dieter does is plateaued. How did you loose the weight? Maybe you could eat 500 less cal. or intensify your workout to get off the plateau? I am going on the assumption that you are still overweight and have quite a bit to go. I've noticed that Richard Simmons has two different meal plans for his diet. One is a "Blast off" plan that has less cal. and is to be used to start off or when you reach a plateau. The the other is the regular meal plan. (That's where I got the less cal. idea to get off the plateau.)I think we might need more info. from you like your diet plan, your weight, and your height.
