Hello, The raisin bran thing is great. Raisins have fiber and iron. Bran is has fiber too, but the bran's fiber helps in lowering cholesterol. If you add skim milk or soy milk, you will be adding more cal. to your diet, so you may not need the peanut butter unless you are eating way below the cal. your body needs.
